The High Sheriff endeavours to support and encourage all who give of their time, skills and commitment for the benefit of others in the County of Nottinghamshire. If you think that your organisation might benefit from a visit by the High Sheriff then email with details of the event and a short explanation as to why the attendance of the High Sheriff would make a difference.
Nominate someone for a
High Sheriff Award
A High Sheriff’s award is given to an individual to recognise the appreciation of the residents and people of the County of Nottinghamshire for the individual’s activity and contribution in enhancing the life of the community. Please fill out the Nomination Form on the Awards page. It will not be possible to give awards to every person nominated but the High Sheriff will consider an individual who deserves special recognition for their contribution to the voluntary sector.
